This global culture graffiti, has been around in Asia for some time and this Graffiti Asia book shows the documentation of its existence. Showing graffiti from China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
And putting Indonesia on the map, are some works from our very own Indonesian writers such as Toter Crew, Darbotz, Tutu, Artcoholic and FAB Family.

Last month, pioneering Hip-Hop documentarian Martha Cooper debuted her newest publication Name Tagging at the OBEY Pop-Up Shop. Covering the prevalent notion of tagging with stickers once used primarily in the corporate environment, we took the opportunity to visit with Martha Cooper regarding her book, her contributions to graffiti and Hip-Hop and the importance of her getting involved early on as a photographer and the difficulty current photographers face. The launcing of the 'Graffiti Asia' book will be held at Wadezig!. That's at Jl. Sultan Agung No. 7, Bandung. There will be movie screenings by FAB Family, LoveHateLove(YGY), and Graffiti Asia. Well it's all written down on the flyer. So just come by and 'ave a blast.
